Deebly Reporting Basics #

All levels of Deebly come with basic email-based reports. Your reports will begin being emailed to you every Friday at 11:00A.M.(your time zone) the Friday after you submit your campaign. All Deebly clients also have access to a live reporting dashboard so you can see you campaign metrics at any time. 99% of Deebly campaigns get approved on the first submission.

Upon approval, you will be notified and your campaign will start serving immediately. The approval process can take anywhere from 24-72 hours.

Expect your report the next Friday after you receive notice that your campaign is approved.

Reports will be emailed to you every Friday until the end of your campaign. As your campaign is ending you’ll receive a notification that it will be ending soon. You have option to renew the campaign, amend the campaign and then re-run, or speak to an ad specialist to review all the campaign results to setup an entirely new campaign. Of course, at any point during your campaign, you’re welcome to start a new campaign by visiting the campaign builder.

Campaign metrics include:

  1. Ad Impressions: How many people saw your ad
  2. Click-Through Rate: The % of people that saw your ad that clicked it.
  3. Clicks: The number of times your ads have been clicked
  4. Cost Per Click: The amount spent for every click to your site.
  5. CPM: The amount spent per 1000 impression
